Supplement Factory Certifications
Internationally recognized certifications you can trust.
Certificates are only useful if a buyer can verify what they cover. Every certificate below is an issued document with a number and a validity period — view it, download it, and verify it directly with the issuing body if you wish.
7 Documents on File
cGMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, HALAL, FDA registration, food production licence and business licence.
Verifiable Numbers
Every certificate carries a number and a validity period you or your agent can check with the issuing body.
Issued Per Order
COA, MSDS, specification, allergen statement, origin and health certificates supplied with each shipment.
Facility Certifications
Each card shows what the certificate covers and how long it is valid for. Click the certificate image or the download link to open the full document as a PDF.
Documentation Provided With Each Order
Beyond the facility certificates above, the following documents are prepared and issued per shipment. If you need a document that is not listed, ask — most of what a buyer requires can be produced, and we will tell you plainly if it cannot.
- Certificate of Analysis — per batch, from our in-house laboratory, covering potency, heavy metals and microbials.
- Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) — for the finished product and, where relevant, the actives.
- Specification sheet — formulation, fill weight, excipients and analytical specification.
- Ingredient declaration and nutritional panel — formatted for your market’s labelling requirement.
- Allergen statement — declaring the allergens present and the controls applied to avoid cross-contact.
- Certificate of origin and health certificate — for markets that require them at import; initiated at the order stage, not at the port.
- Certificate of Free Sale — for markets that require confirmation the product is freely sold in the country of origin, including any legalisation step.
- BSE/TSE-free and non-irradiation statements — where a gelatin or animal-derived material is used, or where the buyer prohibits irradiation.
Downloadable Templates
Two documents you can use before you place an order. Both are templates — the COA shows the format and the tests we run, and the checklist sets out what the US market and Amazon require of a supplement brand.

How to Verify a Certificate
Every certificate we present corresponds to an issued document with a certificate number and a validity period. We are happy to supply the certificate details so that you, your agent or your importer can verify them directly with the issuing body — a certification claim that cannot be checked is not worth much.
Two practical points worth knowing. First, a certificate covers a facility and a scope, not a specific product: a cGMP certificate tells you how the plant is run, not what is in a particular batch. For the product, ask for the Certificate of Analysis. Second, check the validity dates rather than only the presence of the document — an expired certificate that is still displayed is a common and easily missed problem, which is why we show the dates on every card above.
The systems behind these certificates are described on the quality control page, and the facilities themselves on the capabilities page. For the documentation supplied with a specific order, see our compliance documentation page.
Need a Document That Is Not Listed?
Tell us which market you are selling into and what your buyer, importer or marketplace has asked for. We will confirm what we can supply, prepare it, and flag anything that needs legalisation before your shipment date.
- Certificate of Analysis issued per batch
- Certification documents prepared at the order stage
- Export and free-sale paperwork initiated before production
