Supplement Compliance Documentation
Most suppliers send the Certificate of Analysis, the specification sheet and the safety data after you ask — sometimes after you order. We publish ours up front, because a document you can read before the order is worth more than one promised during it.
What ships with every batch

IN-HOUSE CAPABILITY
Compliance Vault and Quality Documentation
Every batch we release leaves a paper trail, and buyers increasingly want to see it before they place an order. This page sets out what we hold, what we can share under NDA and what is issued with each shipment.
- Certificate of Analysis (COA) — every parameter we test, with the specification, the test method and the result for that specific batch
- Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
- Specification sheet — the agreed description of the finished product
- Nutritional panel
- Allergen statement
- Certificate of Origin
- Health certificate
Additional documents required by your customs authority can be prepared on request.

Both of these are available without a form and without a call. They show you what we test and what we check for, before you have committed to anything:
- Certificate of Analysis (COA) — blank template (PDF)
- US Market & Amazon Supplement Compliance Checklist (PDF)
The COA template shows exactly which parameters we test and report, so you can check whether the panel matches what your market requires. The compliance checklist covers US FDA labelling and Amazon supplement requirements.
Certifications our facilities hold
- HACCP — hazard analysis and critical control points across all production lines
- ISO 22000 — food safety management system
- cGMP — audited by SGS, governing facility hygiene and process control
- HALAL — certified for Muslim-majority markets
- US FDA Food Facility Registration — required for export to the United States
What each certificate covers, and how to verify it with the issuing body, is described on the certifications page.
Label and market review support
We review your label artwork against the requirements of your destination market and tell you what we would change — claim wording, allergen declaration format, net quantity statement, ingredient naming and order. We also support pre-shipment sample submission to your own third-party laboratory, so your own certificate and ours can be compared on the same batch.
What we do not do
We are a manufacturer, not a regulatory authority. We can tell you what a market requires and prepare the documentation to match it; we cannot approve a claim on your behalf, and final responsibility for the labelling and claims on a product sold under your brand rests with you. Where a market requires a notified registration or an in-country agent, we will say so clearly and support the process — we will not quietly ship around it.
