Supplement Quality Control Laboratory
Every batch tested, every product verified.
Four documented checkpoints between the incoming goods bay and the sealed carton — with a laboratory result behind every one.
Quality in supplement manufacturing is not a final inspection — it is a sequence of controls, each one narrow enough to catch a specific class of failure. Ours runs from the incoming goods bay to the sealed carton, with a documented result behind every checkpoint.
Where Every Batch Is Proven, Not Assumed.

THE LABORATORY
Our analytical laboratory runs identity, assay, microbiology and physical testing on incoming materials and finished product. Instruments are calibrated on a fixed schedule and results are recorded against the batch.
Inside the analytical laboratory
Testing is performed in-house by our own QC team, so a batch is never waiting on an outside queue to be released. Below are the four capability areas a released batch passes through.
Analytical & wet chemistry
Identity confirmation, assay, pH, moisture and loss-on-drying run in a dedicated analytical room, with a documented result filed per lot.
Instrumented assay
Precision instrumentation is calibrated on schedule and used for content uniformity and potency checks against the locked specification.
Physical & release testing
Fill weight, shell or tablet weight, hardness, disintegration and seal integrity are verified before a batch is signed off for release.
Sample & stability preparation
Pilot and pre-shipment samples are prepared and held under controlled conditions, so a customer-directed retest has retained material to work from.
The four checkpoints
01
Incoming raw materials
Every lot is checked against specification before it enters production: identity, appearance, assay where applicable, and supplier documentation. Material that does not match is not released to the line.
02
In-process control
Blend uniformity, fill weight, shell or tablet weight, hardness, moisture and seal integrity are monitored during the run. Deviations are corrected on the line rather than discovered in the finished batch.
03
Finished product
Released batches are tested against the locked specification. Results are issued as a Certificate of Analysis that accompanies the shipment, so your own buyer or regulator can review the data independently.
04
Documentation
Every checkpoint leaves a record. The document set below travels with the shipment, not behind it.
| Document | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Certificate of Analysis (COA) | Finished batch results against specification |
| Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) | Safe handling information |
| Specification sheet | Full ingredient list as used in the batch |
| Nutritional panel | Nutrient values per serving |
| Allergen statement | Declared allergens and cross-contact controls |
| Certificate of origin | Country of manufacture |
| Health certificate | Issued for markets that require it |
Independent testing
Customer-directed third-party testing is welcome. We can submit pre-shipment samples to a laboratory of your choosing, or arrange in-house testing and forward the report with the shipment.
See the certifications page for the facility certificates these systems operate under, or the capabilities page for the laboratories and equipment themselves.
