Supplement Packaging Solutions

IN-HOUSE CAPABILITY
Packaging decides how a product feels in the hand, how long it survives on the shelf and how it clears customs. We treat it as part of the product specification rather than an afterthought bolted on at the end of the project, and we check the artwork before anything goes to print.
- Handled by our own team in Zhengzhou, not brokered out
- Documented at every step and released against a written specification
- Pilot-scale trial before you commit to a bulk order
- Eco-friendly packaging available on request
- Tamper-evident sealing as standard
Manufactured under cGMP (SGS-audited, CN26/00005718), HACCP, ISO 22000 and HALAL systems across two GMP-certified in-house factories, with US FDA facility registration (18854076080) and a Chinese food production licence (SC11341018200838).

Barrier and Shelf-Life Considerations
Moisture, oxygen and light are the three things that shorten a supplement shelf-life. Barrier films, desiccant where appropriate, opaque shells and low-humidity processing are selected based on what the formulation actually needs rather than applied as a default. Closure, liner and desiccant are matched to the product’s sensitivity.
Label and Artwork Support
- Print-ready artwork check before plates are made
- Mandatory label elements verified against your destination market
- Barcode, lot coding and best-before marking confirmed in position
- Multi-language label versions prepared where the market requires them
Export Documentation
Packaging goes out with the paperwork that customs and your buyer need — packing list, certificate of origin, health certificate where applicable, and the Certificate of Analysis for the batch. Export marking and case packs are set up for your destination market. See export documentation and logistics for the full list.
Packaging format is selected together with the dosage form. The products page shows what each format is tooled for.
