Apple Cider Vinegar Supplement Manufacturing — Your Formula, Our Line

We manufacture Apple Cider Vinegar products on our partner lines in Zhengzhou, China. Bring a finished formula, a target active level or a rough concept, and we convert it into a specification we can run in bulk — liquid and powder formats included.

  • Acetic acid strength set to your specification, not a generic default
  • Liquid, gummy, capsule and powder formats available
  • “With the mother” or clarified — both run without a change of supplier

Powder, gummy and capsule formats with the acetic acid figure stated on the spec — because liquid vinegar in a capsule is not a formulation.

Why ‘With the Mother’ and a Capsule Do Not Go Together

Apple cider vinegar is a liquid the market wants to sell as a solid. Three decisions decide whether the translation works.

Liquid to Solid

ACV is a liquid the market wants to sell as a solid. Liquid vinegar attacks a gelatin shell and introduces moisture into a tablet, so solid formats use spray-dried or carrier-bound powder. The spec that matters is acetic acid percentage on that powder — not the liquid volume it notionally represents.

‘With the Mother’

The mother is a live culture and sediment that cannot survive spray-drying or exist in a dry gel matrix. If that claim is central to your positioning, the product has to be a liquid. For convenience, a powder or gummy is right — but the label must describe what is actually in the unit.

Taste & Load

Vinegar is harsh, and the acetic acid load in a capsule is small relative to a spoonful of liquid. In a gummy the acidity competes with the gel system; in a liquid it is familiar. We sample both so the dose-versus-convenience trade-off is explicit.

Formats We Run

Gummies and chewables

4 g unit weight, 200–500 mg powder per piece, acidity constrains the load and affects texture

Hard capsules

HPMC or gelatin, 500–800 mg spray-dried powder fill, the most common solid format

Tablets

compressed and film-coated, up to 1,000 mg, needs good moisture control

Liquid and shots

10–1,000 ml, closest to the traditional product and the only format that can carry the mother

Powder and stick packs

3–30 g servings, usually flavoured or blended to soften the acidity

Carrier identity confirmed

Carrier identity confirmed, because the acetic acid percentage is meaningless without knowing the carrier

Water activity and hygroscopicity

Heavy metals on the finished product

One Thing Buyers Get Wrong

Claiming “with the mother” on a capsule or gummy. The mother is a live culture and a sediment. It cannot survive spray-drying or exist in a dry gel matrix. If that claim is central to your positioning, the product has to be a liquid. Assuming a liquid vinegar volume converts directly to a powder weight. A capsule holds a defined quantity of acetic acid on a carrier, which is a much smaller dose than a spoonful of liquid. Quote the acetic acid figure, not a tablespoon equivalent. Maximising the acetic acid load in a gummy. Above a certain level the acidity interferes with the gel system and the texture degrades. We sample the finished gummy before you approve the load.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order quantity for apple cider vinegar gummies?

MOQ is confirmed per format and specification at quotation stage. Acetic acid load, powder type, unit weight and packaging all move the figure — send us the target and we will quote exactly.

Can you make a capsule with the mother?

No, and we will not describe it that way. The mother is a live culture and a sediment present in raw liquid vinegar. It does not survive drying into a powder and cannot exist in a dry capsule or gummy. If that claim is essential to your product, we can produce it as a liquid.

What acetic acid content do you supply?

It varies with the material and the carrier, so we quote the figure you will see on the Certificate of Analysis rather than a liquid equivalent. Tell us your target and we will source to it and verify per batch.

Which format carries the largest dose?

Liquid and shots carry the largest acetic acid dose because the format is the same as the traditional product. Powders and sticks come next, and capsules, tablets and gummies carry less because of fill weight and, in the gummy, the acidity limit on the gel system.

Do you blend apple cider vinegar with other ingredients?

Yes. Ginger, turmeric and B vitamins are all common co-actives. Blending changes the assay set and the label, so send us the full ingredient list and we will build the specification around it.

How long does bulk production take?

We reply to enquiries within 24 hours and send a quotation within 48. Samples take 2-3 days, and standard bulk runs complete in 5–10 days with packaged goods leaving in 10–15 days.

DOSAGE FORMS

Which format should your Apple Cider Vinegar product take?

The same Apple Cider Vinegar blend can be delivered in several forms, and each one changes the fill weight, the taste profile and the tooling. We produce liquid, gummy and capsule in-house, so the choice is driven by your market rather than by what a third party can supply.
