Berberine is easy to source but hard to position. Two things decide whether your product succeeds — how much you deliver per swallow, and what you are permitted to say.

Berberine is well-characterised and easy to source at high purity. The real question is how much you can deliver per swallow: a meaningful 500–1,500 mg schedule is one to three capsules a day. Compressing it into one tablet is possible but produces a large unit some consumers reject.

One Thing Buyers Get Wrong
Designing artwork before checking the claim set. Berberine is a closely watched ingredient and its permitted claims differ between markets. Writing first and checking second wastes a print run — we review the claims before the artwork is built. Trying to fit 1,500 mg into one capsule. That is not physically possible in a standard capsule size. A meaningful daily dose means two or three capsules, or a tablet, or a phytosome that lets you reduce the load. Plan the serving format around the dose. Ignoring the taste in non-capsule formats. Berberine is intensely bitter. In a capsule it is invisible; in a powder or a gummy it has to be masked with a strong flavour system, and the achievable load drops accordingly.
