Frequently Asked Questions
Do you support OEM / ODM and private label?
Yes. We manufacture under your brand — custom formula, dosage form, logo, packaging and full turnkey private-label programmes.
What is your minimum order quantity?
100 pieces per SKU on a mature formula in standard packaging, with trial orders from 10 pieces on selected formulas. Custom packaging, formulas and turnkey projects carry higher MOQs.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Samples of mature formulas are produced in 3–5 working days on production equipment, so what you approve is what is manufactured in bulk.
How long is production and delivery?
Private-label runs on existing formulas take 5–10 days; full projects including packaging and release testing take 10–15 days, plus shipping.
Can I visit or audit your factory?
Yes. We welcome factory audits and video walkthroughs. Our facilities are cGMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and HALAL certified.
Can I use my own packaging design?
Yes. We accept custom labels, bottles, jars, pouches, cartons and hang tags, including printed cartons and barcode labels.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T and other standard trade terms. A deposit confirms the order, with the balance before shipment — we will confirm the exact terms in your quotation.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide by air (DHL, UPS, FedEx) for samples and small runs, and by sea (FCL / LCL) for full orders, with export documentation handled by us.
What capsule options do you offer?
We offer vegetarian (HPMC) and bovine gelatin capsules, in standard sizes with custom colours, and can add enteric coating for targeted-release formulas.
