Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Samples of mature formulas are produced in 3–5 working days on production equipment, so what you approve is what is manufactured in bulk.
How long is production and delivery?
Private-label runs on existing formulas take 5–10 days; full projects including packaging and release testing take 10–15 days, plus shipping.
Can I visit or audit your factory?
Yes. We welcome factory audits and video walkthroughs. Our facilities are cGMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and HALAL certified.
Can I use my own packaging design?
Yes. We accept custom labels, bottles, jars, pouches, cartons and hang tags, including printed cartons and barcode labels.
What payment terms do you accept?
