Turmeric Curcumin Supplement Manufacturing — Your Formula, Our Line
We manufacture Turmeric Curcumin products on our partner lines in Zhengzhou, China. Bring a finished formula, a target active level or a rough concept, and we convert it into a specification we can run in bulk — extract standardisation and bioavailability systems included.
- Extract standardised to your chosen curcuminoid content
- Bioavailability-enhancing systems formulated in
- Capsule, tablet, gummy and powder formats
Curcuminoids, standardised extracts and enhanced-absorption systems — because plain curcumin is poorly absorbed and the label can tell on you.
12 Dosage Forms
Gummies, capsules, softgels, tablets, powders, liquids and solid beverages — all run in-house.
6 Production Lines
Two GMP facilities covering 14,000 sqm, 200+ employees, no subcontracted fill.

Why Curcumin Needs an Absorption Strategy Before a Dose
Curcumin is among the best-researched botanicals and the least bioavailable in plain form. Three decisions decide whether your dose actually lands.
Absorption First
Curcumin is among the best-researched botanicals and the least bioavailable in plain form. Phytosome, piperine, micellar and emulsion systems each change the effective dose, cost and format — so the absorption strategy has to be chosen before the label dose is set.
Lead Risk
Turmeric is a root crop and a documented lead-risk material, partly from soil and partly from historical processing in some regions. A specification without a per-batch lead result is incomplete — we treat it as a release condition on every batch.
The Stain
Curcumin is a potent yellow pigment with a bitter, earthy taste. In dark capsules and coated tablets it is invisible; in a clear capsule or pale gummy it changes the product’s appearance entirely. We show you a sample in your format rather than describing the colour.
Formats We Run
Hard capsules
HPMC or gelatin, 400–750 mg fill, usually a dark or opaque shell to hide the pigment
Softgels
oil or suspension fill, the natural home for a lipid-based absorption system
Tablets
compressed and film-coated, up to 1,000 mg, coating hides the yellow
Gummies and chewables
4 g unit weight, 100–300 mg curcuminoids per piece, colour and taste both need managing
Powder and stick packs
3–30 g servings, often blended with piperine or a black pepper extract
Liquid
10–1,000 ml, usually a micellar or emulsion system for absorption and clarity

One Thing Buyers Get Wrong
Printing a 1,000 mg curcumin dose without an absorption system. Plain curcumin at that dose is largely unabsorbed. Either pair it with an enhancement technology or set the dose in line with what the material can actually deliver — we will show you both routes and their costs. Skipping the lead result. Turmeric is a documented lead-risk crop. A specification without a per-batch lead figure is incomplete, and we will not release a batch without it. Choosing a clear capsule or a pale gummy. Curcumin stains. In an opaque shell or a coated tablet it is invisible; in a clear one it turns the product bright yellow and the equipment with it. Sample the format before you approve the artwork.
Popular Formulas We Run
Curcumin's absorption problem makes the enhancer the real decision — here are the standard builds.

95% curcuminoids with 5–10 mg piperine — the value-standard capsule.
Joint Comfort
Curcumin with glucosamine and chondroitin for a joint-positioned formula.
Premium Absorption
Meriva or liposomal curcumin for a higher-bioavailability premium line.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity for curcumin capsules?
MOQ is confirmed per format and specification at quotation stage. Curcuminoid strength, absorption system, fill weight and packaging all affect the figure — send us the target and we will quote exactly.
Do you test turmeric for lead?
Yes, on every batch, with the lead result reported explicitly on the Certificate of Analysis. Turmeric is a documented lead-risk crop, so this is a release condition rather than an optional test.
What absorption systems do you offer?
Phytosome complexes, piperine co-administration, micellar and emulsion systems, each with a different cost and effective dose. Tell us your target dose and format and we will recommend the system that supports it.
Can curcumin go into a gummy?
Yes, at 100–300 mg curcuminoids per 4 g piece. The colour has to be designed around, because the pigment turns the gummy yellow, and the earthy taste needs a strong flavour system.
Which format hides the yellow colour best?
An opaque capsule shell or a film-coated tablet hides it completely. Clear capsules, light-coloured gummies and uncoloured powders all show the pigment strongly. We will sample your chosen format so the appearance is a decision, not a surprise.
How long does bulk production take?
We reply to enquiries within 24 hours and send a quotation within 48. Samples take 2-3 days, and standard bulk runs complete in 5–10 days with packaged goods leaving in 10–15 days.
DOSAGE FORMS
Which format should your Turmeric Curcumin product take?
The same Turmeric Curcumin blend can be delivered in several forms, and each one changes the fill weight, the taste profile and the tooling. We produce capsule, tablet and powder in-house, so the choice is driven by your market rather than by what a third party can supply.
- Forms we run for this ingredient: capsules, softgels and tablets
- Pilot batch from 1–5 kg before any bulk commitment
